Which area do you cover?

We are based in Winterberg and clean in Winterberg and throughout the Hochsauerlandkreis.

What does chemical-free cleaning mean?

We do without harsh chemical cleaning agents and use environmentally friendly methods. This protects surfaces, health and the environment without compromising the result.

What does end-of-stay cleaning of a holiday apartment include?

After check-out we clean the apartment thoroughly so that it is ready for the next guests. We agree the exact scope with you in advance.

What is the difference between mid-stay and end-of-stay cleaning?

Mid-stay cleaning is a shorter refresh during or between stays. End-of-stay cleaning is the complete clean after the guests have left.

Do you also take care of bed linen and towels?

Yes. With our laundry service, bed linen and towels are professionally washed and laid out neatly in the apartment.

Do you also clean stairwells in blocks of flats?

Yes. We clean stairwells and communal areas regularly at an interval agreed with you.

Do you also clean commercial premises?

Yes. We provide regular cleaning for practices, shops and offices, as well as deep cleaning of commercial floors.

Do you also clean gutters, downpipes and façades?

Yes. We clear leaves and blockages from gutters and downpipes and remove algae, dirt and green growth from façades.

Can I book a one-off clean?

Yes. Alongside regular work we also carry out one-off cleans, for example a deep clean after renovation work or before a new letting.
