We monitor bookings, handle guest communication and key handovers, take care of repairs and maintenance and general caretaking, coordinate tradespeople, restock consumables, provide invoicing and reporting, and carry out a quality check after every departure.

Which holiday homes do you manage?

We look after holiday apartments and holiday houses in Winterberg and the Hochsauerlandkreis.

Can I book individual services instead of full management?

Yes. You can hand over full management or book only individual services such as key handover, cleaning or caretaking.

Yes. We monitor your occupancy calendar and coordinate enquiries across all the platforms on which your apartment is listed.

How is guest communication handled?

We communicate on your behalf before, during and after the stay, in a friendly and prompt manner. Guests can contact us in German, Dutch and English.

How does the key handover work?

We hand over the keys in person or contact-free and manage the keys on site.

What happens if something breaks in the apartment?

We carry out small repairs ourselves straight away. For larger jobs we coordinate suitable tradespeople and supervise the work for you.

Yes. From coffee to toiletries, we make sure your apartment is fully equipped for every guest.

You receive transparent overviews of bookings, costs and income, so you always have a clear picture.
