2. Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, the data transmitted by your browser are processed on IONOS servers. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with IONOS. The servers are located in Germany or elsewhere in the European Union.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely, quickly and reliably.
3. Server log files
Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically records information transmitted by your browser:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file requested
- referrer URL (the page previously visited)
- browser and operating system used
- amount of data transferred and status code
These data are needed solely to provide the website technically, detect errors and keep the system secure. They are not combined with other data sources. The log files are deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short period. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar. Data you send via the contact form therefore cannot be read by third parties.
5. Contact form
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you enter: name, email address, your message and, optionally, phone number and subject. Required fields are marked in the form.
The data are used solely to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up questions. They are sent to us by email and are not stored in a database on the website. We do not pass them on to third parties for advertising purposes.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
We delete your data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law) apply.
To protect against automated spam, the form uses an invisible check field and a timer. For this purpose, a technically necessary cookie is set when the contact page loads (see section 7).
6. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, contact details, content of the enquiry) to deal with your request. The legal basis and retention period are as set out in section 5.
7. Cookies
This website uses only one technically necessary cookie:
- jeka_ft – stores the time at which the contact form was loaded so that automated spam can be detected. The cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Consent is not required for technically necessary cookies.
8. No analytics or tracking services
We do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services, nor any social media plugins. The fonts used are stored locally on our server; no connection is made to servers operated by Google or other third parties when you load a page.
